This policy explains what information Reverse Tax Tool ("we", "the site") collects when you use reversetaxtool.com.
Your calculations stay on your device
All calculators on this site run entirely in your web browser. The amounts and rates you type are not sent to our servers or to anyone else.
If you use the history feature, your recent calculations are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. We cannot see them. You can delete them at any time with the "Clear history" button or by clearing your browser's site data.
No accounts
There is no sign-up and no login. We do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details to use the calculators.
Analytics and cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run any third-party tracking scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated first, and consent will be requested where the law requires it.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request information (such as the page requested and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Advertising
The site does not currently show adverts. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any advertising cookies are used, and consent will be requested where required.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and keep them only as long as needed to deal with your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR or Canada's PIPEDA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Because we hold almost no personal data, the simplest way to exercise these rights is to clear your browser's site data, which removes your calculation history. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
